He ignites the stage when he performs and compliments the mic with a swagger that is unique . Ruff is an entertainer and a man of tremendous character and commitment.Ruff began his journey in SOUTH Central,LA as a writer on a project with Malcom McClarin entitled "THE WEEKEND". In 1996 Ruff opened up for
"ABOVE THE LAW " at the Glass House in Los Angeles ,CA. Ruff joined the production company in the late 90s , BAR 9 , where he performed in numerous talent exibitions throught the L.A. area . In early 2001 , Ruff was featured on the compilation entitled 'MURDER AND MAYHEIM " released by "THE COMPTON THUG COMMITIE ". It was not until early 2005 that Shorty Ruff completed his first mainstream project entitled ,"LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT"........released under CAM SLAM PRODUCTIONS out of Galveston , TX. In 2006 Ruff returned to Los Angeles and joined THE BLAZE1 ENTERTAINMENT GROUP INC. where he performed at THE AURA NITE CLUB in Studio City , CA. up until 2007 and was featured on the compilation 'SMOKE SESSIONS VOLUME 2
