About Me

Mz.Cali A.k.A. Tha Queen of tha West Coast is the hottest new female rapper coming out of southern California. Born on February 26, 1986 to two military parents, Cali was destined to be a success in life. At an early she developed a great taste for all things music. Cali dreamed that one day she would grow up and be apart of the music industry. Little did she know that her dream would become a reality. At the age of twelve, Mz.Cali started writing songs. She would spend time listening to all genres of music trying to write songs for each of them. Her love for hip hop became apparent when she realized that she could rap too. As a teen Mz.Cali spent most of her time with her older cousin Lex Bunni who in turn introduced her to a local rap group known as Soljuz. From that day on Cali would spend her time perfecting her craft so she too could be just as good as the boys. By time Cali was twenty-one she decided to move to Atlanta to pursue her music career. She would start by attending an audio engineering school and use her knowledge as an engineer to get into the local studios. While in school Mz.Cali met rapper Big Zay-D of MGN who pushed her to work harder to make her dream a reality. Mz.Cali is currently working on her self entitled debut album in which she wrote, mixed, and co-produce all of her tracks. Mz.Cali's main goal in life is to be a success and to keep making music that the West and the rest of the world can be proud of.
