Viancey Taveras (born April 20, 1991 in The Bronx, New York), Known by his stage, name Viancey, is an American Model, Pop, Urban Pop, R&B singer and actor. He is the cousin of NBC/ABC comedy Scrubs star Judy Reyes. Viancey is the oldest son of a Dominican descent parents. As a child Viancey had a love for the arts. In early 2002 Viancey was ask to join Motown Records Rapper Ray Benzino on his music video for Shine like my son. The video was Directed by Benny Boom. It had cameo appearance by Master P, Lil Romeo, Jadakiss, Naughty by Nature Treach, Kool G Rap, Cadillac Tah and boxer Zab Judah. In the fall of 2002 in hopes to advance their sons career Viancey's parents signed a contract with Looks International modeling agency in New York. It failed to bring him any success. While attending The Academy for scholarship and entrepreneurship in the Bronx, New York, Viancey began his career as a model at age seventeen. In his senior year of high school he announced that he was going to pursue his career in modeling, music, and acting. In early 2009 Viancey teamed up with Carlos Santos (MTV Tr3Ìs) VJ, to film a commercial for MTV Tr3Ìs new show ESL: Entertainment As A Second Language With Carlos Santos. Currently Viancey is working on his Album which is currently looking for a released sometime in 2010 with his debut single being released in the spring of 2010.
