I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I am a 54 year old ex-hippy that is really just coming into my own after all these years. I picked my guitar back up after a ten year vacation and am getting into theory and technique that I had no idea I could learn. Things are really getting interesting now, I run sound, play, record write, host open mikes and a variety of other things that I would never have thought of before. I am clean and sober and loving the hell outta life. My wife supports all of my endeavors with a love that is worth singing about! La La La!!! Most of my best works were written during debilitating bouts of depression but my wife treats me so good that I am rarely sad. We will have been married 17 years in May, and these have, by far, been the best years of my life! Not really productive as far as songs go but not bad for disgustingly sappy love songs. My latest project was to open a guitar repair shop over the Northside lounge next to Luigi's in Akron. I eventually want to offer custom made guitars. Appropriately it was located in an ex-bordello. The front part of it was an Art Gallery, Erewhon, the back where, I was located was for interactive studios. My shop has since moved to 223 Northwest Ave. in Tallmadge, Ohio.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone that can help me to improve in any way, shape or form and that I can help along the path of life. My interests include almost everything I have tried and anything I haven't. I particularly enjoy individual thinkers off the beaten path. Which is where you'll find me, just not quite out there counting Quasars!!!!....yet

Poetry

The needle pierces defenseless flesh. Numbness spreads slowly through my body. Anesthetic reaches out and carries me on unyielding arms to a place I haven't seen in years. Horrifying, yet not unlike a...
