Hi My name is Edward, I started playing guitar in my teen years with influences of the 1970's and 80's bands like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath .
In the early 1990's I was introduced to a fellow employee at my first job whom played drums by the name of Jeff Black. Jeff was looking for a Bass player to start a band with his brother Darrel a Guitarist and Vocalist.
I jumped to the invite and auditioned for the part, almost immediately I was impressed with the sound produced by the three of us.
Soon after writing and rehearsing several songs, we were still missing something and needed to fill the hollow spots ,??? we need a second guitarist??? and I knew just the person to fill this spot. You guessed it,,, myself !, So we hired my friend Jerry to take over the Bass, who at the time had never even picked up the instrument.
Within 6 months we had written around 30 songs, started playing local gigs/party's etc, one to note was: The Inauguration of President Bill Clinton...
Soon word was spreading of this new Alternative Punk band called Chucks Foot. In 1996 we recorded a 12 track demo .From that moment on is where it all really began for me as a Independent Artist , time had come to jump ship, take a different direction. In 1998 I built a home recording studio and began creating Ed Music ..............
