About Me

Megan Faye Westbrook was born and raised in ShreveportLouisiana. With an interest in music before she could walk, Megan began playing the violin at age 7 and shortly thereafter was handpicked to sing in an honor choir ensemble.Megan also has a musical theater background and has beenin many different musical groups and bands, ranging from

acoustic percussion to rock. And while her style of singing has a life of it's own, it is directly influenced by the soulclenching music of the South. Megan's belty, robust manner of singing can be linked to the blues and jazz music shegrew up listening to. Led by the legendary Billie Holiday,Otis Redding, Janis Joplin, and others, Megan's voice isunique, full of expression and unparalleled. She will soonbegin recording her debut album titled "All My Love."As well,Megan has other musical projects brewing, and can be seen in the greater Los Angeles area playing venues such as;The Whiskey A-Go-Go, Rainbow Room, Pig N' Whistle andand various other local haunts.
