The free promotional CDs are available with the magazine, on the Not Rated web site, and are frequently passed out at concerts, music stores, clubs, etc. Our goal is to provide as much exposure as possible for the musicians and to represent them to the public in the most complimentary way. The participation in the CD Compilation is free for the musicians. All rights to the compositions remain with the rightful owners.
