Where to start??? I grew up traveling the world. I was a very fortunate girl who had the opportunites to see the great world many times. My family and I traveled around the world five different times before settling in Southern California. I spent the majority of my teen years there and later moved to Houston, Texas. I finished college at the University of Wyoming with a degree in Exercise Physiology and Health Promotion. I have a passion for living an active and healthy lifestyle. I also like to love, laugh, and smile. Days spent worrying are days spent wasted. Take in the moment, be aware, and smile, because we all got another beautiful, sunny day!! :)
