c02. Solo artist. Let's be straight forward here, on most of my tracks you'll hear "Young Heat", those are primarily in 2006, as from 2007 on I'll be working on my solo project. Hold up - gotta do a flashback. People are probably wondering where I came from, etc etc...Well I grew up in North East Philadelphia, between Kensington and Juniata...Around Tioga. I wasn't gangsta and I never will be. I don't try to be. So don't expect that. On my past projects I took that persona and worked with it because it's what sells. Whatever. I've come to the conclusion that it's fake, however still enjoyable. Anyway, I Grew up there and had a rough life, before I moved to Reading PA in 2002. I made myself at home and immediately began to connect with others who had moved here from Philly as well. I tend to be in Philly alot, due to being homesick so I like being where I grew up and where most of my music comes from.
I have mainly rock influences, because I'm going to be honest with you, If I could sing - I'd be in a band. But, I can't and I couldn't manifest my words in any other way, so I rap. I'm not going to spit the sickest rhymes, and I'm not going to make you be like "Holy Shit", however in the future there will be songs I'll be pushing out that are going to make you think. Remember that. I do have some hip hop influences seeing as I grew up in an all mixed community and hung with mixed groups. So this trait is carried on in my music.
When I do shows - I dress comfortably, not like a fucking rap star. I'll wear whatever shirt is around or seems fitting. There's also bullshit going around that I wear girl pants...This is really funny because I Don't see myself fitting into a pair of these. However, I will wear American Eagle, Hollister, and Abercrombie destroyed jeans. If you hate on me because of the clothes that I wear, for Christ's sake...Grow the fuck up.
Confessions! During my first show which was with a former artist I worked with, I forgot my words 2 times, however I was given the strain of carrying my team mates' verses as well during these shows and never had the chance to practice because I am going for a teaching degree at Penn State University. So, I screwed up. Second time, not so much. I was on point, however the guy I performed with, was so fucked up he screwed things up. So, one for one, I guess.
So, If you like what you hear, follow me. If not, hey - that's your choice!Get your myspace layouts at MyPsace.org
