Hi, I'm a northern NY native, I have also lived in San Diego and Austin TX. Along the way I have had the opportunity to play with pro's like bluesmen Mel Brown as well as members of, Jimmy & SRV, Billy Joel, Madonna, T Bone Walker, Lightin Hopkins, Robert Cray, Savoy Brown, Doobie Brothers, Aretha Franklin, Duke Jupiter to name a few.Any how this site is about my music and I will be adding many more cuts soon, some old and some new and in process.My career started on a guitar owned by my deceased uncle, Ray Merrill. Ray wrote the jazz standard "Moonlght in Vermont". After school, my friend Dave a bassist introduced me to a LA session jazz guitarist Alan Prince (doc Severenson band). We studied music theory with Alan but wanted to rock. So Dave and I started a band called "Wolves". We were uh, loud.After Wolves I moved on to San Diego as not much was happening in Glens Falls, NY. There were some cool gigs at the Spirit club and a bit of studio time but I was broke and returned home. Next was on to Austin Texas to play the blues. I soon joined up with a bassist Al Bergerotti an Austin vet of the Cobra's with Jimmy and SRV. We then added Pat Kotuyk out of Erie PA and a fomitable trio was born. Stevie Ray and Eric Johnson were tearing it up and our band T Lucan was gaining fans and jamming with blues notables. The economy bit the Texas dust and back to NY I went.Back in NY I have had several bands including, T Lucan, Free Radicals, Funkblue and Riff I continue performing, and recording. Now with the magic of digital recording. Currently working with Jack Moyer on drums looking for top shelf bass player. We are playing anything based in blues thats not nailed down so Jimi/T Bone/ Miles all fit in. Thanks for checking my space out.God Bless and Rock On
