The Lounge features This Is... Productions, 1-3 AM 1st & 3rd Late Night Saturdays on Richmond's Independent Radio, WRIR-97.3 lpFM (www (dot)wrir (dot) org).Due to musicians' copyright on tracks containing music, This Is... will not be posting musical excerpts from the radio show on myspace. Poets in the community have provided written permission for use of their work on WRIR's airwaves and streamed live on the web at www.wrir.org/listen."This Is... The Lounge" is a downtempo trip hop show, laid back late night with DJ Jay (The Lounge every Saturday) and MC Julia (This Is... 1st & 3rd Saturdays). DJ Jay spins his favourite artists, while MC Julia overlays original recordings of live performances, along with national features and rare download finds.Please tune in 1st & 3rd Late Saturday Nights 1-3am to hear what's happening in Richmond's vibrant spoken word scene.
