“Dämmerfarben†was founded under the name “Schattenwindes Dämmerfarben†in the year 2005 by “Blackheart Nostarion†as a solo-project beside his bands “Cerberusâ€, “Autumn in Frostâ€, “The Evening†and his work as a session musician.
In the year 2006 “Nostarion†recorded the bands’ first demo called “Des Herbstes Trauerhymnenâ€. It was a three-track demo including the songs “Herbstsonneâ€, “Des Herbstes Trauerlied†and “Schattenwindes Dämmerfarbenâ€.
After releasing the demo, the name was changed “Dämmerfarbenâ€.
It was May 2008 when “Fergen Grimnirâ€, musician of the bands “Throndtâ€, “Idhafels†and “Weilandâ€, joined the band as bass-player.
Later in 2008 the band got a new member: “Nachtgarmâ€, known for his performances with bands like "Negator", "Sanguineus", "Pantheon I" and more took place as the new vocalist of “Dämmerfarbenâ€.
For the upcoming works “Torturerâ€, Drummer of “Belphegor†and “Mor Dagor†will play the drums.
