We did this recording just after buying an-8 track recorder that we had no idea how to use.
The first 3 we did in early November and they came out okay. But the other songs were recorded in late November and I mic’ed the drums like shit and everything kind of came out fucked up.
We had no bassist at the time of the record so we did the bass ourselves. Also, we had not practiced the songs since September and my old ass got tired. The songs Between birth and death and Teenage dance club were brand new (unpracticed) when recorded and it fucking shows.
Some of the songs have humorous moments that you can hear, like the two of us arguing at the end of the songs and the sound of a garage door closing at the beginning of Jardin. We are a garage band, no doubt.
KILL EVERYONE NOW is…
