About Me

I love a challenge. That's probably why I dropped out of law school to become a chef. I began my career as a hostess at Red Lobster at the age of 16. Throughout high school and college, I paid my way by working front-of-the-house in every position from busser to Maitre D'. I switched over to the dark side in 2003, when I attended culinary school at Forest Park Community College. After an aprenticeship with Larry Forgione at An American Place, I transfered to The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. I completed my externship at Caneel Bay on the island of St. John in the USVI. After returning to The Culinary, I withdrew between 4th and 5th term to film the fourth season of Hell's Kitchen.Since then, I have graduated from the CIA, and returned to St. Louis to cook with one of my mentors at Revival Restaurant.I am currently searching for the next big adventure.
