I'm a bit of an enigma.... I've been told I'm honest to a fault and I stick by my friends in good times and bad. I enjoy meeting new people, learning new things, and visiting new places.Traveling has long been a passion; I have backpacked around the world twice, and spent a lot of time in Europe, the West Indies, North Africa, Asia, the Near and Far East, 41 different countries at last count. My French is fairly good, my German passable, I speak enough Spanish to find a good time, and I know bits and pieces of a dozen plus other languages. Some of the countries I lived in no longer exist as such, some will no longer admit Americans, some were never on western maps, and others are still struggling for autonomy. Long live Sikkim, Tibet, Khorasan, Armenia, Pastunistam, Azerbaijan, Kurdistan, Khiva, Hunza, Swat, and Ghor!
