My name is Chip Harris. I have been an artist my whole life, a painter for almost five, and a tattoo artist for ten. I specialize in tradtional japanese tattooing and new school traditionalism. For further information on booking an appt. or sit down one on one- please read the info listed below and thank you for your interest in my art.-------------------------------------------------------- --- OK.......Before we can get started there are a few questions i can answer to make things easier, lets get started..............HOW MUCH IS THIS GONNA COST?----- My rates are 125$ an hour for all custom work. If you take on a project greater than 10 hours i will lower my rate. Before drawing your tattoo, it can often be unfair either to myself or my client to give an exact quote. However a realistic estimate can usually be projected.DO I HAVE TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT FOR YOU TO DRAW FOR ME?----- Yes. Deposits are 50$ and are put towards your tattoo unless you change idea completely or dont show for a scheduled appointment. If i did'nt take deposits i would never get through the endless amount of people who just want someone to draw ANYTHING for them to look at- and while i love what i do.....doodling doesnt pay the bills. Serious people with a vision, a hunger for a good clean tattoo and a fifty spot do. AND I TAKE CARE OF EM.IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WONT DO?-----YES. I wont do gang tattoos or anything promoting racism. I do not do armbands because im not a sweedish weightlifter. THE ONLY TIME YOU WILL HEAR NO FROM ME IS IF YOU ARE ASKING FOR SOMETHING THAT WONT SURVIVE A LIFETIME--REMEMBER, AS SAD AS THIS SOUNDS, BY TODAYS STANDARDS.....A TATTOO LASTS LONGER THAN A MARRIAGE SO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE AND LETS FIGURE IT OUT!HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE WE START?-----I am lucky enough to have a large new and repeat client base and can only tell you that good things take time and good things come to those who wait. There have been cases where i can get you in that moment or the next day, and in some cases ive been booked a month in advance.
