Teresa Germano
Founder of ALLURE, Teresa has a very strong background of dance and performing. Since the age of 3 she has taken class in tap, jazz and ballet and has performed in numerous musicals and stage shows. Her love and passion for dancing took her past those styles and she found her love for hip hop dancing once she turned 21.
Now being 24 and the oldest member of ALLURE she brings to the group years of knowledge, creativity and passion. She now has been teaching hip hop for the last 2 years and loves being able to pass on her skills to those who take her class.
Her love for hip hop and dance shines through when she performs and is an eye catcher when she is on stage. Her presence is electrical and you can see her love for performing come through when she dances. You can't help but watch her when she is up there doing her thing!
Ruedilyn Schwegler
Growing up as a figure ice skater, Ruedilyn has always been a passionate performer and a creative choreographer. She has participated and choreographed many dance presentations, competitions, eisteddfods, workshops, school musicals, and the International Dance Festival in Hawaii.
Ruedilyn is also very involved in the world of Cheerleading having received her GA Cheerleading Coach accreditation at the age of 16 and winning her squads first place at Nationals. Having relocated from the Gold Coast to Melbourne CBD, Ruedilyn studies Communication (Media) while enjoying the fierce dance moves and camaradarie of the Allure dance troupe.
Maria Dokolas
Maria has been dancing throughout her whole life. Growing up in a background of jazz tap and ballet, the last few years she decided she wanted something more. This is where she found her love for hip hop. Whilst she was in this hip hop world, Maria became part of allure.
Apart from hip hop, she also follows her love for dance at Deakin uni where she does contemporary dance. With her love for hip hop, contemporary, and all other aspects of dance Maria will continue to live the life of dance for as long as she can.
Jasmine Belfield
Jasmine has been dancing since the age of 4. It has always been a big part of her life. She has performed at functions, events and competitions for as long as she can remember and has enjoyed every minute of it! at 18 she found her true passion when she started hip hop. Since then she worked really hard to be the best dancer she can be! Allure gave her an opportunity to grow as a dancer and as a person and to train hard with girls that she admires as both dancers and best friends!
Melody Demarco
Melody Demarco has been dancing for 16 years. She has trained in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Breakdancing and most recently Hip Hop.She fell in love with Hip Hop and has been training hard in this style for approximately 3 years.
She has appeared on shows such as Carols By Candelight (chanel 9), The Good Friday Appeal (chanel 7), Hey Hey It's Saturday and Big Girls Blouse.She has performed with people such as Joel De Carteret (JD-Sytycd 08), Timomatic (sytycd 09) and most recently got together with Allure where she has found her family.
Mel Noske
Mel Noske began dancing at the age of 14 and predominantly trained in jazz, musical theatre and acrobatics before finding her passion for hip-hop two years ago. A seasoned performer, Mel loves being on stage which has led to many performances both at clubs, festivals and in competitions. With a background in artistic gymnastics, Mel always brings a high amount of energy and acrobatics to all her performances
Bethany Nelson
Bethany Nelson has been a dancer for the past 17 years. Trained in all styles from jazz, ballet and tap to hip hop. Her love of dance show's when she is up on stage performing. Taking a few hip hop classes in 2005 saw her find her passion for hip hop which has taken her to perform in clubs and with artists such as JD, Timomatic, Diana Joselle and many more.
