The Get Ups

People often ask..."how did the get up's come to be"...well...here's the story...A long time ago during the age of boy bands and pop diva's...people clammered to hear rock...but not just any rock...they wanted to hear something that would make their spines tingle...something that would make them pump their fist's in the air...something they could drink a beer to and relate...something they could dance on the hood of an 86 jaguar and wear teased hair...well maybe not teased hair...but definitely dance on the hood of a jaguar...anywho...back the story...people wanted to have fun again...It was this cry for help that awoke the sleeping giant of rock...The Get Up's...they heard the cry of the people...they broke free of the norm and stood high upon that mountain of rock...peering down upon the world...ready to take it by storm...and yes...when The Get Up's stood on the mountain of rock...they looked exactly like the guys from the movie 300...same outfits and everything...it was rather incredible...but i digress...The Get Up's are showing hundreds that rock can be fun again...that goodtimes and live music havent died...it's alive and well...and it's happening at The Get Up's show!a style="position:absolute;top:0px;left:0px a
