Threadend films is a film making project/group/experiment/endeavor set up by Colm Sheenan. Threadend films are set to be low budget shorts (1 - 3 minutes). The first Threadend production was completed in July 2008. The second short film form Threadend Films is currently in pre production and is due to start shooting in May 2009.The people who make up the THREADEND FILMS team/experiment/ thing, are
Colm Sheenan - A long stay member of the Young Irish Film Makers, Colm has had experince in Directing short films, Certainty of Chance (2005) and as 2nd Assistant Director, Lily's Bad Day (2005) and Suckers (2007).
Tommy Dowling - Tommy is another long stay member of the Young Irish film makers and has plenty of experience round the art department on film from Suckers (2007) and on stage form The Wyrd Sisters (2008).
Laurent Murray - Another seasoned member of Young Irish Film Makers. Laurent has plenty of experience working lights having been Director of Photography for The Certainty of Chance (2005) and Suckers (2007).
Sinead - A freelance artist working out of a cabin, Sineads main work is in painting and drawing.Here is the first film produced by Threadend Films, "Duck"
