Born in Brooklyn,Ny Chris Royal lived in Brooklyn till he was 9 and from there moved to the street's of Jersey, which he still calls home. Growing up in a section of New Jersey known as Uptown Chris Royal was influenced by many Hip-hop legend's such as the late great B.I.G, Tupac Shakur, Rakim, Nastradamus, Jay-z. By the time he turned 16 Chris Royal had decided to take his love of hip hop and his burgeoning skills to another level. â€I went on a total rampage in my area. If there was a cipher on the corner, or a show I was there. After a while it became common knowledge in my neighborhood that I was aiight and my confidence grewâ€. So much that Chris Royal started hitting local studios and getting on mixtapes, doing it for the love and as means of expression.
