The Scott Agee Band

Scott Agee knew he wanted to be a guitar player when his Aunt Sally bought him the Beatles' Second Album for a first communion present. After years of mimicking the guitar with his mother's broom, at age eleven, Scott's parents bought him his first electric guitar; a Tiesco Del Ray with an Ampeg Jet amplifier. Later that same year he began to play professionally. Scott has played in numerous bands in Northern Michigan over the years. He played with the Bevridge Brothers, an opening act for the Marshall Tucker Band. He also played with Rare Breed, members included; Chip Stead, Mike Magill, Rod Raymond, and later with Ron Puffpaff. Scott is currently playing with a few other bands, Tricky Dicky and the Spoonmen (Mackinac Island), and also Group Therapy (Northern Michigan). Scott has written music all his life, and now has began recording his own story on his album, Life is a Trip. The Scott Agee Band debuted in March 2007, at the Chippewa Room in Mackinaw city. Scott was accompanied by Donny Sorenson (drums), Mike Magill (bass), and Craig Day (Keyboards).
