Since april 2004 balkanXpress is the first regular party in Cologne's club scene intruducing the many-facetted music of Southeastern Europe, concepted and produced by the music journalist, DJ and producer Kosta Kostov.

From may 2008 till may 2009 Kosta Kostov works with the producer and DJ George Fotiadis from Saloniki with the idea to dig more deeper into the roots and to bring out fresh new compositions, mashups and remixes. Bulgaria meets Greece and the Balkan meets all the nice flavas of Dub & Reggae through Funk & Breaks till Breakbeat & Drum 'n' Bass in the production of the BxP SOUNDSISTEMA.
