High Life Scenery

High Life Scenery is a band from Burnaby, Canada that hail mostly from Moscrop Secondary, and one from Byrne Creek. (Julian). They in the past have played many covers but most recently have started to write their own stuff. It all started in April, 2008 with Braedon and Geoff , not yet under the name High Life Scenery, to perform at a school event called, "Naturally High". They performed a cover of Thunder by Boys Like Girls and after that day ideas started churning for a creation of a band. Mitchell came into the scene as a very helpful member of the band to start off recording with the duo. For the rest of that grade 10 school year, they experimented and recorded a variety of covers from their favorite artists such as Boys Like Girls, and All Time Low. Now they had adopted the name High Life Scenery, and Mike became a new guitarist for the emerging band. By the end of the school year the four had vowed to do something over summer break and that they did. As well as adding new members Julian (Drums) and Jerry (Bass) they jammed various times trying to gel as a band. High Life Scenery recently recorded a Christmas Demo they had written and released it on Facebook, Purevolume (Download) and Myspace (Download) and still have material to hopefully record a string of demos by early 2009. ..
