Amir “DJ Lega – C†Simotas had a passion for music at a young age growing up in Brooklyn, NY, later moving out into Long Island. His drive to entertain with music led him to make his first impression at the age of 16. He has promoted and played at some of the hottest venues in Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island. He has opened up and played for numerous artists from New York to Florida and even in the Caribbean island of Trinidad. Graduating from Scratch Academy, mastering blending, scratching, and experimenting with basic turntableism, DJ Lega – C has evolved into the fastest growing DJ in New York. His diversified and extensive library of music has opened up his uniqueness and originality in spinning the best and latest music of Top 40, House, Mash – Up, Pop, Old School, Hip Hop, Reggae, and Soca.
