Cette phrase résonne en boucle dans l’esprit d’Helena, lycéenne et pianiste virtuose dont les parents ont mystérieusement disparu. Rongée par le doute et l’angoisse, Helena se réfugie dans la musique et trouve réconfort dans l’amitié qui la lie à Sohane et Constantin, jusqu’à ce que tous les trois basculent dans un monde gothique où ils sont confrontés aux êtres humains et aux créatures les plus maléfiques.
