DIRK VAN, aka, DIRK VAN TATENHOVE, has been writing songs since his early teens. In Junior High, he learned to play the bass guitar. He also taught himself to play keyboards and rhythm guitar.Dirk Played bass guitar and was the main songwriter for seven years in a popular Los Angeles/Orange County Rock Band called EULOGY, contemporaies on the same Hollywood Club circuit with VAN HALEN and QUIET RIOT, before they disbanded.Dirk then sang lead in a band called SOLDIER before eventually leaving the music industry to pursue college and other endeavors.Today, Dirk is actively writing and recording new music.
