KO was born in Chicago Illinois, 80's baby to the fullest. KO was a product of what you get when you mix Inglewood Chicago with Dirtysouf Alabama. While his family was from the East side of the city, when K was born, they later relocated out South to Hazel Crest where he grew up. He started off in West Chicago recording with a couple of his boys who he still runs with to this day. His first real track was recorded in his boy Halve Past's grandmother's basement but this was just the first of many forthcoming tracks. From there KO bounced all over the city from hood to hood, from studio to studio, hustling anything he could or working minimum wage jobs to help pay for studio time, spending whatever he had left after putting some of his doe towards his family and bills, into recording. From there he landed hisself in Dolton recording with the ChiTown Representers aka CTR. When that fell apart, through a few personal connections he had, he soon found himself in a real recording studio, rather than the "rooms in peoples houses" he'd become accustom to, recording wit Miagi and the 621 family. KO is and always has been a solo artists but like his blood family, his music family runs deep. KO has been know to affiliate with Dip of Bucktown Ent., Halve Past, P.Jilla, Bunk aka Tha Hungriest Out, CTR, The 621 Family in Indiana including Rilla, D.C., David Ruffin, Lay City, Synist, No Love, and Mr. Miagi, also, J. Wonder over on the East side, J Rok of Hot Tracks Productions, Prob, Sko, Easy, Cheta, Young G Tha Assasin, and many other underground ChiTown artist as well as Gary and his family in Detroit. KO has always been very musical and now he is just working hard in the lab and waiting for his spaceship. Watch history unfold...
