About Me

Scotty Dogg (Scott Stafford) and Bubbles (Jason Stephens) met up through a mutual friend, Creepa (Matthew Aly), now known as Certified Sickness, around the end of 2006. They hit off an excellent friendship instantly, while Scott was hosting Creepa's internet radio show on Planet DnB, from his living room. M.C Bubbles had been invited along, with M.C Repow to M.C on his show. With an initial mutual interest in Drum & Bass, Scotty Dogg and Bubbles soon discovered their shared interest in many other genres of music as well as other non musical related things. They both have a real love and passion for Old Skool, Garage, House and Breakbeat. Beer and fishing are both favourites of the boys as well. Initially an M.C, Bubbles has turned his hand to mixing and shows a real aptitude for it. He still loves to M.C and you can catch him doing both on www.ukflow.tv alongside Scotty Dogg or Certified Sickness, Wednesdays 8-10pm. Scotty Dogg started DJing late in his life (an old boy of 35 now!!). He had always loved producing dance music tunes in all styles and, when a friend of his decided to sell his decks and record collection, the opportunity seemed too good to turn down. Initially he bought the decks to help him become a better producer but, as time marched on and the addiction of mixing and buying vinyl grabbed hold, he has made DJing more of a priority than producing. Having only been mixing just over a year and half (he started in September 2006), he is proud of what he has achieved so far. He had a radio show on undergroundflavas.com (which sadly no longer exists). He had a brief venture into running his own internet radio station (which was more aggravation than it was worth, well, to his neighbours anyway!!). His biggest achievement to date is taking a local pub, The Billet, Marks Gate, from a flailing Friday night to a resounding success. He has enlisted the help of DJ Joker to assist with this evening now but regularly has Bubbles down to M.C & spin a few tunes as well as letting a few of the local home DJ's chuck a few tunes in. Certified Sickness (Creepa) is a regular party goer there too. So, tune in, check them out or pop your head into The Billet on a Friday night to see or hear what these boys are all about.
