FORDMADDOXBROWN

About Me

FORDMADDOXBROWN celebrate one year of activity as an entity this month. It is quite amazing what the response has been. We did not expect so many people to be interested in a "mature" band like us. But I suppose we are living proof that you can be any age, to argue, comment on and be fully involved in the limitless possibilities of rock and roll. The second album proper (Automatic Rain) has had some problems due to computer difficulties but will be released some time in the late summer we hope. The world doesn't seem to get any better but we live in hope that if enough of you protest and sound off about things, things will change. We have noticed that as the globe shrinks there are common problems in each country. FMB hope that people will stand together to give themselves a better chance of being heard and that we can revert to being a pop band singing love songs. Until then, there is work to be done. With your help we can do it.What is FMB?It is a circle of people who will contribute to the vision of pop music not changing the world but making it a better place and letting you know whose side we’re on and how we fight the bigots and hypocrites that manifest themselves everywhere. The expulsion of the Bush family from the political arena has brought about a renewed sense of optimism to the world and we hope great steps can be taken to give people in the poorest and most repressed areas hope for the future. Only persistent agitating can achieve this. Once again, we look forward to an ever expanding group of people worldwide asserting the basic core values of human decency and making it a fairer place for one and all. The band, eh? The circle of people could include you. Mr Moore doesn’t give a rat’s arse if his collaborators can play their instruments like virtuosos or whether they are fat, thin, old young, green or yellow. The mutual shared vision of the music is the defining factor here. The band is a collective so don’t be like Ashley Cole if you’re dropped for a game or two. The rotation system equips us to fight on all fronts. I have talked the shit, so let’s get to work……  I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)a   I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)  I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)Where are Fordmaddoxbrown fans from?
