NANOOK

I started DJ'ing in late 1997, playing a complete eclectic range of dance and chill. (literally....i've played pretty much every style of music in front of a crowd). I started on vinyl, but now use a combination of both CDJs and Vinyl, as well as live elements.
In the last 10 years i've played everywhere from Full on Psy parties in the mountains of Southern France, Progressive parties in British castles and ruins, to Mancunian Jungle and Dub Squats, (and a shit load of British fields inbetween). I have also played several bar/cafe residencies in more commercial venues, playing House and Chill. Although, in the last few years, I have leaned more towards Percussive, Minimal Prog, and Roots Reggae Dub.
In the past i have had the pleasure of playing supporting sets for artists such as: Youth, RinkiDink, DarkSoho, OOOD (PharPsyde Recs), Distortion Orchestra (Relativity Records), Ott (Twisted Records), TripSwitch (Dragonfly Records), New World Disorder, Tetchi, Joint Intelligence Commitee, Phuture Primative/ShapeShifter (Liquid Records), Mood Deluxe (Liquid), Scorb (Trick Music), Squared Curves, MC English (Left-Turn Records) ...and probably a few more Live acts + a whole host of DJs...

Having been producing music of my own since around 2000-01, i've nearly always since, added music and loops of my own, to my DJ sets......It just seemed the logical progression to start building full sets of purelly my own material.
