Ryland Cooder is an american guitarist, singer, composer, known for his slide guitar work, his interest in roots music and his collaborations with traditional musicians from many countries. Cooder's solo work has been an ecclectic mix of folk, blues, soul, gospel, rock, and everything in between. Cooder first attracted attention in the 60's and his music continues to evolve to this day.
