Where it all began
Since releasing his debut tracks “Minds & Attention” and “Disappear”, Crafty aka Crafty Kidd has received great response and feedback from the listeners of his music. SYNTHESISING fast-paced and energetic flows with intellectual and catchy lyrics, Crafty (as he would now like to be commonly refer to as) has made a devastating impact of the on the music scene. Crafty’s music tends to dwell around in the genre of Grime – the up and coming style of the UK, which is beginning to establish itself as the musical style that the UK can call its own. However, Crafty does not root or ground himself to one particular sound, shifting and mixing the sounds of Hip Hop, RnB, Grime and other genres soon to be explored.
His musical path began at the age of 13, where he competes in a school clashing tournament, which he co-jointly won with peer artist, ‘Conz’. Before and after this, music was not an option that Crafty considered for his future. Though, recently, through circumstances and incidences that he cannot even recall, Crafty has begun to pursue music further.
At the moment
Now Crafty is currently working on numerous projects simply to experiment and develop himself, in order to find his individuality, style and sound. With his more appreciated track “Minds & Attention” setting the bar, Crafty’s LP, “Progression is Imminent” is set to be a scene-dominating piece of art.
