Wind blows through my hair
as sun sets into horizon.
Standing at the bow and
looking out over the deck,
large shadows blend
stern and sea.
The sky's dark and
wind chills my bones.
The shadows creep forward.
Shadows engulf
stern, hull and bow,
legs, body and head
sunken into the night.
At day break the sun
will bring back to life,
ship and body. Bringing
both into the light.
