It was a catch up day on the phone today.. LOL... My phone rang 5 mins after I got up.. and talking on the phone is a trigger for me to smoke... but with the cinn. stick right there...It's enabling me...

I was awakened by Erin.. so started my day.. did the usual routine minus the cigs... got a jump to start the car... off to autozone to be told I needed a new battery. LOL.. I can't start smoking...
