Having recently moved from Seattle to Prague with my girlfriend, I'm discovering why people leave the U.S. not to return for years. Being twenty eight with nothing but aspirations of travelling, studying language, and eventually going back to school, coupled with the stark reality that teaching English is not exactly lucrative, has nudged me onward to be unproductive elsewhere. Like John Cusack in "Say Anything", it's not so much what I want do in life, as the multitude of things I want nothing to do with. Therein lies the semblance of a virtue I faithfully intend to cultivate through the years.
