Born & raised in Maryland, this innovative and diverse drummer is with out a doubt a force to be reckoned with. Jeff "Diamondlit " Gillis rises to the occasion with such dynamic precision, tasteful chops, and drive that will demand the most cautious mind to double check their seat belt! Jeff "Diamondlit " Gillis is passionate not only in playing drums, he is also a multi/instrumentalist. He is definitely well acquainted and fully equipped with the fundamental building blocks that later fortifies the integrity of any rendition he touches."Diamondlit " has a style often described like that of water. Just like H2O, with thirst quenching properties, his water like style can also trickle, flow, or even crash! With this type of style, he also has the ability of taking on the shape and form of whatever he allows himself to be poured. "…It becomes second nature to me, when I see the instrument I play become an extension of my most inner thoughts!" says Diamondlit. This professional drummer is extremely versatile, and can adapt to any musical genre of his choice. His range of styles are so broad , it's safe to say that the extremities themselves are just his starting point ... and this is just a glimpse of the surface! Jeff "Diamondlit" Gillis also has original compositions in which he has written, produced, and performed completely solo! So keep a look out for this talented artist/musician.
