Talking to Strangers

Although new, this band brings in a lot of talent that separates them from others. Their original songs deal with emotions, real life events and the trails that come along with life, as well as the happiness that can be gained.Formed in Winona, MN in early 2008 they write what comes from the heart. This is something they feel is lacking in today’s music. Talking to Strangers really centers on Alexis’s classical trained voice and DJ’s melodic guitar and vocals. Keeping the beat is Andy Daley. He’s developed his own style of playing what he think works for the music and stresses accents to help it along. Bob is the glue that ties it all together, laying down a solid base for the rest to work off of.What can you expect? Well, you won’t find a metronome band. Talking to Strangers believes in letting the music flow along. This is not by mistake, but planned.
