Raccoon is Raccoco and Tampopo. Raccoco was born in Tokyo where he stepped on a turtle. Tampopo was born on the mean streets of Pontiac. They met at a Blue Oyster Cult show where Tampopo caught on fire. Tampopo carries a knife. Raccoco is a celebate playwright. Raccoco sings, plays guitar and bass and hits drums. Tampopo plays guitar and bass, sings, and hits drums. They once went to Pennsylvania.
