Welcome to the official Monday Cartel myspace. The Monday Cartel is an event set up to promote the local bands and DJ's of Watford and the surrounding areas. For those of you that came to our last event, you'll know what to expect - live bands, live DJs, live MCs and a great atmosphere to go with it!
