Madman

Oh no, it's MADMAN! What is he gonna say now?

About Me

Madman is one of the most fiery lyricists and one of the hungriest artists reppin California right now. Originally from the westside of Los Angeles, CA (Orange Grove Ave. Off of Fairfax and the 10 Freeway), Madman currently resides in San Jose and has been there for over three years now. Madman has been in love with hip hop since the age of 5, thanks to a heavy influence from his uncle, who is only ten years older than him. Although he loved hip hop from an early age, Madman did not even attempt to create his own lyrics until the age of 12. At that time, Madman did not really take his talent seriously and just rapped for fun through middle and high school. It was when Madman moved to San Jose in January 2005 to attend San Jose State University that he met fellow Today's News members and good friends Solomon and YDMC. When he discovered the love that these two individuals had, not only for the culture of hip hop, but for the artistic expression, the sleeping giant within Madman was raised. Shortly after meeting those two gentlemen, Madman was quickly invited to join the San Jose State University chapter of Hip Hop Congress, and shortly thereafter recorded four songs for the chapter's compilation disc, "Expressions for Relief: Volume 2". It was at this time that Madman discovered that he can compete with some of the best lyricists in the game today. Over time he would go on to connect with other Today's News members and it was actually through his connection with Today's News that he met RonDavoux Records CEO Shamako Noble, and President DLabrie. It's funny that Madman ended up on a track, "The Flagship", with Shamako and Labrie before meeting either one of them. Madman loosely knew Shamako and Labrie for about two years through Hip Hop Congress and it was one fateful night during the days of B U Radio, when Madman seized the opportunity to become part of the RonDavoux family. After attending B U Radio (which Shamako, DLabrie, and Rahman Jamaal hosted) for about three consecutive weeks and ripping each freestyle session to shreds, DLabrie and Shamako Noble decided that Madman would be a good addition to an already stacked roster of artists, and thus it happened. Madman is now part of the RonDavoux fam. Madman is now on myspace to network and hopefully meet other young, up and coming artists who are hungry and ready to work. He is working on his greatly anticipated debut album that is set to be released on RonDavoux Records by early 2009. The album is entitled "Welcome Me to the World" and is already being hailed by some as an authentic hip hop classic. Look out for this album and you can also catch Madman on DLabrie's "Operation Upgrade" mixtape, in stores now, Tha Spitta and Big Murph's upcoming "Two Headed Monster" album, and YDMC's upcoming "Under the Radar" album and "Piss'd Off Compilation Vol.1" mixtape. Keep supporting Madman, Today's News, RonDavoux Records, and Hip Hop Congress. I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts! Myspace Graphics
