Nanda (Fernanda G. Mello) was born in the Leblon section of Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. When she was six she moved to New York, but soon returned to miami where she currently resides.
Though she counts Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Mary J. Blige, and Aaliyah among her inspirations, as a singer and performer, Nanda's unique style is passionate, evocative and all her own.
