5) Attachments (if any, or LOI)
6) Pre- Sales (if any, or LOI)
7) Distribution (LOI if in place)
8) Tax Credits (if any)
9) Present status of the Film?
10) Planned Filming Location?
11) Are there any Attachments? (Talent, Director, etc.)
12) Are there any existing Distribution Agreements?
13) Can you provide a "Time line Schedule?"
14) What Investment (Equity) can you, the Producer (or your Investors)make towards the total Budget?
15) If possible, can you (the Producer)provide me with copies of any pertinent documentation?
COMMERCIAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1) Submission Form located at: http://westcapitalfunding.com
2) requirements located on form
3) Letter of Interest within 48-72 hours
4) Conference Calls required after Letter of Interest issuance
5) Commitments within 15 days of Letter of Interest
6) Closing within 30-45 days of Commitment
Clarification Note: West Capital Funding does Not Invest in Projects, Music or Films Directly. West Capital Funding works directly with funding sources to provide capital for films and commercial real estate. Occasionally if necessary West Capital Funding will accept an equity position on a project to accommodate for deficient capital. West Capital Funding can provide funding for acquisition and development on Raw Land with a good Exit Strategy.
