Forty Stacxx is a German rock band founded by Lukas Tobi Christian and Arne in 2005. Some weeks after the foundation guitarist Simon joined the band.
After about two years covering songs from bands like Nirvana, Die Toten Hosen, Die Ärzte, Beatsteaks and RATM the band was bored and started to write own songs. Arne who had only sung yet was bored, too, and started to play the guitar aswell.
On April 27th, 2008 Forty Stacxx recorded their first three songs, "Run Away", "Talk To My Hand" and "Senseless", in a studio in a small town in northern germany with the help of Michael Schrant, a drummer who has played in some Frank Zappa musicals.
