OOOOOoooo...new look!

About Me

I've got a very dry sense of humor. I collect stamps. I make legs, and sometimes arms (Kyle, I know, I know). I have a wonderful partner and puppy. I can't wait to start cycling again. I'm also studying for the boards. I read a lot. Have bouts of insomnia - often why I do so much reading. Love Harry Potter, Futurama, Scrubs and Mythbusters.
You might wonder why I've identified myself as male on myspace. It's for several reasons, the simplest of which is that (before) if I identify as female I had to be a lezzbian. I hate that identification, so I choose male and gay instead.

You Are 16% Girly
Um... you're a guy, right? If not, you're the most boyish girl in the world.
And for you, that's probably the ultimate compliment. How Girly Are You?

My Interests

Listening to good music, stamps, cycling, sunny days, prosthetics, laughing at stupid things that deserve the ridicule, etc.
Cat Shows on PBS, board games/trivia, spontaneous day trips, gossip from singles, entertaining stories and good food/wine.

I'd like to meet:

People with wildly divergent interests. People who like scrabble, working out with friends, teasing, people who explore, curiosity, trivial pursuit, futurama, scrubs, laughing, dogs, cycling, stamps, reading, and travel.

Music:

A sucker for anything mellowish with organs in it. Such as Built To Spill, Broadcast, Yo La Tengo, New Pornographers, Dinosaur Jr., The Organ, Cat Power, The American Analog Set, Camera Obscura and the like. Also love music by talented musicians that multi-layer and do more than scream/wail/tonelessly mumble into microphones. Like dance music and classical...especially Bach and Beethoven and Tchaikovsky.

Movies:

STICK IT, D.E.B.S., Geoffrey, Fight Club, Old School, Van Wilder, 40 Year Old Virgin, Life Aquatic, But I'm a Cheerleader, Addams Family, Taxi Driver, Harry Potter, etc.

Television:

Scrubs, House, Biggest Looser, What Not To Wear, Futurama, Simpsons, actually almost exactly what I have for my movies. And mythbusters and CAT SHOWS...just kidding about the cat shows.
Also like TLC shows about disfigurations and surgeries. Cool stuff!

Books:

Too many.

Heroes:

Douglas Bader and Tank Girl (comic, not movie), Tina Waymouth.
