I started playing guitar at a young age. Just messing around with my Dads acoustic. Once I started to learn how to play better, I began writing my own music when I was about 15 or 16 years old. After graduating from High School I started playing in a Rock/Metal band. Between me and the lead guitar player we had alot of original songs as well as covers. As the story goes I wanted to live the "Rockstar life". I started partying and things went down hill fast. Between the drugs and the drinking something was bound to break. The band split up and all that was left in me and my wifes lives were drugs and alot of hurt. After almost overdosing on some pretty hardcore drugs, we both knew our lives had to change. My wife and I asked God to come back into our lives because there was no way we could have survived that night without His hand over the situation. Things werent exactly a cake walk after we accepted Christ in our lives. There were alot of times that we fell away from His never ending love. But we never gave up. Now Finally after years gone by and realizing how real His love is !! Actually letting Jesus in, instead of pushing his love and guidance away. It has been 4 years this year that we are clean and off drugs!! All Praise And Glory Be To Jesus For Setting Us Free!!! All the music I write has come straight from God!!! I praise His mighty name for everything He truly is!!! Thanks to our church familys at Candler House of Prayer and Fletcher House of Prayer for all your prayers and support!!! Now, I spend alot of my time take'n care of my 3 beautiful children Courtney, Kayla, and Jacob, as well as writting music that God has lead me to write. Music has been one of the biggest ways for me to express my faith and to show those around me what God has done in my life. I will be forever grateful and thankful to my Lord Jesus Christ for everything he has done for me and my family. For now that's whats going on.
