Tim began playing guitar when he was 17, teaching himself to play by listening to everything from Bon Jovi and Iron Maiden to Hans Zimmer and Elton John. At the age of 19 he began to play piano and again set about teaching himself the fundamentals, in the process developing an understanding of how music is formed and constructed.
Discovering a passion for composition, Tim began to experiment by writing music in a variety of styles from Dance to Classical, before eventually discovering his own unique sound. His music has subsequently been performed around Australia and featured in various film and television projects.
His debut album ‘Portrait’ was released in 2008.
