Art's 50th Birthday Party

Hey this is Art. You must know me or you wouldn't be here. I am turning 50 this year. I really haven't had a big party ever in my life. As a child my parents sent me to camps or with relatives for the summers so I never got to hang with friends or relatives I knew. Since my birthday is in the summer I was never able to have school friends over. After I started touring it just didn't seem important. I had a few friends for the 21st and the 25th but missed the 30th. I had planned a huge party for my 40th. I gave my ex wife a few thousand dollars for it and she spent it on a divorce instead. I ended up having a burger at a Red Robin in San Diego. They did bring me a ice cream but I really didn't feel like having anyone sing to me. This year is going to be different. I am spending the bank on this sucker. I'll be on tour until the 19th but I have asked the booking agent to keep the 20th open.
