What is a Real Vampire?

Vampirism is a condition where the individual needs energy, prana, chi to in order to sustain themselves and remain healthy. This effects them, physically and some believe spiritually. The vampiric individual needs to take energy from another person. Some are psychic vampires, they feed from chakras or elemental energies, there are also emotional vampires or empaths, who feed on people's emotions. Sanguine Vampires need to take small amounts of blood from a person to get this energy, which ideally they use a donor for. Psi Vampires also have donors.Unlike the mythical vampire, the modern day vampire, HLV (human living vampire), real vampire/vampyre) is not immortal. Nor do they have supernatural powers, they can't fly, nor do they turn into bats, they don't have all those powers they display in Hollywood movies. You cannot be turned or 'embraced' by another vampire and then turn into a vampire yourself. Vampires are born vampires. They go through an awakening process, where they question themselves and their abilities and their lack of energy. All vampires go through this awakening process, but each individual's awakening is different. Real Vampires do not have physical changes taking place, their teeth do not grow long and pointy. Their eyes don't change color, nor do they grow physically stronger, unless of course they are taking steriods or working out. Vampires are human, they are like everyone else, the only difference is that they lack energy. It's not a glamourous thing, it's not a supernatural thing.
Psychic Vampires are not evil. They do not creep around and drain people completely of energy. Although, there are a few who will do this and are shun by other vampires, the majority will not.
