From Aatu & Örmy: So this is what you wanted? We are back you sons of bitches! 12 years after our infamous beginning we have decided to mock you one more time. Now we are releasing couple of lost chants from the past aeons. We go so far that we throw in couple on new ones too! Resistance is futile, do not try to run! Lay down your arms and submit before the chanters of hell! FENNIA will deliver! ____________________________________________________________ ___ History: The dynamic duo listened metal.. bands like Riivaaja, Talvisota, Legenda, Dark Throne, Impaled Nazarene, Barathrum, Abigor, Burzum, Ravenstorm,Horna and Goat. Alltought they were great (and many still are) bands Aatu & Örmy decided to form FENNIA. What you have to realize is that this is FENNIA. It's not just a band.. it is a lifestyle. Once you are in this band... There is no way out. So the warrior duo made their debut (for respect for the Fatherland) in 1996 named "Sinivalkoinen (saatana) DEMO 96'66. On that masterpice where many hit tracks as "Lalli Talonpoika", "Rapegoat" and "Joulunpukki". Aatu & Örmy saw as their duty to tell what really happened on the lake Köyliö, how he defended countrys honor. In the year 2000 they released "Rautakurkku" EP. There were many epics on that also: "Ironthroat", "Ukon Sota", "Beyond the Ravengate" & "Sodantuoja". Critics were amazed, they could not believe their ears.. And fans were instantly born. Many years passed silently and cult status was forming. Now 2008 FENNIA finally gave in and decided to realese (for the fans) lost songs and new warchants. So here we are... last time.. We salute thee!
