About Me

I'm 26, like to do crazy exercise stunts, bit of a wannabe athlete. I run,swim, row and sometimes bike but I'm a sucker for punctures. Can turn my hand to most racket sports, going through a squash faze at the moment. Use Nike+ so if you're on there and want a challenge, bring it on! Met my first open water season in 07 in style completed the monsters of Bala in North Wales and the big lady of England Lake Windermere. Ran the Great North Run in Oct 07 managed a sub 2hour half marathon which I am really pleased about. Sucessfully competed in the British Indoor rowing championships at the NIA in November '07. Clocked a respectable sub 7mins 2km that got me 8th in my heat out of 30 and 73rd out of about 110 in the open catagory. Just wish I had trained more on the rower now leading up to it. No competitions entered at the moment, trying to get into the English Indoor Rowing Championships in Manchester held in Jan'08 but cant find any info on it yet.Love surfing when I get the chance just wish I lived nearer to the waves! Want to get some more snow board lessons in out of season in '08!! I try to write as often as I can in my blog space, especially the daft sport reports and things, recently I've been trying to write some haiku laid out poetry. To those in the know the haiku poem is over 3 lines and made up of 17 syllables. If you like my blogs great please subscribe and add me as a friend or something!
